Job Description

Role : Property Valuation InspectorLocation : DubaiRole Purpose:To coordinate with the occupiers in the property and carry out inspections in a timely manner, take full and concise notes of the property details, take a full schedule of photographs and upload the inspection notes and photographs onto the relevant folder, in order to allow the valuer to start working on the case.Key Accountabilities of the role General:

  • Coordinate with the occupier of the property to arrange a suitable time for the inspection
  • Be punctual for all meetings and manage time effectively to ensure no clients/tenants are kept waiting.
  • Be aware of health and safety precautions when driving on the road (take a charged phone, spare water, inform the team of your inspection schedule)
  • Present the company in a professional manner
  • Write detailed inspection notes and upload the inspection notes and photographs in timely fashion
  • Check the condition of the property and the surrounding
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
  • Excellent geographical knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Good written English
