The ideal candidate will have proven managerial experience in property management within the UAE, strong knowledge of local real estate laws, and a strategic approach to tenant and asset management. Applicants must be currently based in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the overall operations, leasing, maintenance, and financial performance of assigned properties.Lead and supervise property management teams, ensuring excellent service delivery and tenant satisfaction.Implement effective leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy and rental yield.Monitor and manage annual budgets, operating expenses, and income reports.Handle high-level tenant relations, including contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and renewals.Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and tenancy laws.Schedule and supervise maintenance works, renovations, and facility upgrades.Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance and profitability to management.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure standards are met across all assets.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of property management experience in the UAE, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws, tenancy procedures, and RERA compliance.Bachelor?s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.Proficient in property management systems and MS Office.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Must be currently residing in the UAE.Qualified candidates currently based in the UAE are invited to submit their CV ?Application for Property Manager ?
