As a Property Consultant, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and legal procedures to ensure clients make informed decisions.Key Responsibilities:Understand client requirements and preferences regarding property type, location, and budget.Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.Assist clients in negotiations and closing deals.Conduct market research to stay updated on current property trends and prices.Prepare and review legal documents such as sale agreements and leasing contracts.Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.Promote properties through various marketing channels.Provide post-sale assistance and follow-up services.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and sales skills.Knowledge of local property market and legal procedures.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
