We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, provide expert market advice, and facilitate smooth transactions. If you have a passion for real estate and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers/renters.Develop and maintain a database of clients and prospects.Conduct market research to stay updated on property prices, market trends, and competitors.Prepare property listings, marketing materials, and advertisements.Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.Guide clients through the legal and procedural aspects of property transactions.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.Ensure all documentation and contractual agreements are complete and compliant with legal standards.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or higher; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Valid real estate license as per local regulations.Proven experience in real estate sales or property management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of local property laws and market trends.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and property listing platforms.Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
