Job Position – Property ConsultantCompany Name – Aam BridgeTurkish/German/Hebrew speakerResponsibility:Client Management: Assist clients in purchasing properties, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the process.Networking : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other real estate professionals to expand the client base and foster long-term connections.Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and leases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Compliance: Ensure all property transactions comply with local laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.Requirement:Minimum 2 years of experience in off plan sales with a leading Property Developer or Brokerage in the UAE.Strong and established relations with leading Real Estate companies in UAE and International markets.Must hold valid UAE Driving License.Must speak fluent English and Turkish/German/Hebrew.Skills :Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English and any additional languages (Turkish/Italian/German/Hebrew) is mandatory.Personal Attributes:Highly motivated and target-driven.Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefit:Fixed monthly salary AED 8,000 to AED 12,000(Subject to experience) with added commission structure.Opportunities for career advancement within a dynamic and growing organization.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Work Visa,Insurance coverage and ticket allowance to home country annually.
