Property ConsultantJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Generate leads and convert them into successful sales or rentals•Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties•Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends and property values•Provide professional guidance and support throughout the transaction process•Build and maintain strong client relationships•Prepare and deliver presentations to clients•Negotiate deals and close transactions efficientlyRequirements :•Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in the UAE•Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market•Excellent communication and negotiation skills•Self-motivated and target-driven•UAE driving license and own car (preferred)•RERA certification (advantageous)•Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
