Company DescriptionReal Estate CompanyRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai at Skyline One Real Estate Broker. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. They will also be responsible for promoting properties for sale and lease, preparing and presenting contracts, and coordinating property closings.Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant, or relevant experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in UAE real Estate.
  • Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent knowledge of Dubais Real Estate market trends and practices
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and communication skills in English (both verbal and written); Other language skills will be an added advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to persuade others, proactive, and problem-solving skills.
  • An understanding of relevant laws and regulations in Real Estate industry
