Projects Manager - Marine ConstructionResponsibilities:Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of marine construction projectsManage site teams, subcontractors, and equipment for daily project operationsOversee construction of breakwaters, quay walls, piling works, jetties, dredging, and other marine structuresEnsure compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and marine standardsCoordinate permits, approvals, and marine surveys with consultants and authoritiesMonitor project progress, costs, productivity, and risk factorsPrepare project reports, method statements, and progress documentationImplement HSE standards and ensure safe marine construction practicesCommunicate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders on technical and commercial mattersResolve site issues, variations, and technical challenges proactivelyRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Marine Engineering8–12 years of experience in marine construction projectsStrong knowledge of breakwaters, quay walls, jetties, piling, dredging, and coastal engineering worksProven experience managing medium to large-scale marine projectsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesFamiliarity with marine equipment, floating plant, barges, cranes, and related machineryProficiency in project planning tools (Primavera/MS Project)Candidate must be currently based in the UAE and available for interview
