• Evaluation & accepting photography requests via Salesforce.
• Scheduling photo shoots and assigning photographers within the agreed timeframe.
• Compile menu list, validate with Talabat platform, and prepare ?Track my Items list for photographers & restaurants.
• Sending out reminders to the partners 24hrs before the shoot.

During the execution of shoots:

• To assist the photographers in case of any challenges faced while executing the shoot.
• Ensure the photographer arrives at the venue on time and the shoot is executed as per the agreed items list within the agreed schedule.
• Ensure the correct naming convention and format are applied to all files.
• Ensure that ?track my items? list is followed religiously.

Post shoot responsibilities:

• Receive images from the photographer within 24 hours of the shoot.
• To give feedback to photographers if they do not match to our established standard.
• Ensure raw files are reviewed and sent to graphics team immediately (within 24 hours of shoot).
• Ensure edited images are reviewed & uploaded according to the established standard within 48 hours of submission.
• Update partners & AMs via email on their photography project.
• To assist the process to meet the targeted image & uploading ratio percentage.
• Collect feedback from partners via WhatsApp post completion of their shoot.

General Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Weekly and Monthly analysis/report for all markets.
• Assisting the project manager with the implementation of photography strategies both in operating countries and new roll-outs.
• Assisting finance in month closing of with all freelancers & restaurant invoicing.
• Responsible for PO Raising, receiving invoices & quotations.
• Track # of photoshoots in all markets & encourage automation of the process.
• Work closely with sales, acquisition & incubation team to achieve food image ratio.
• Support in developing and executing end-to-end outer cities photography campaigns.

• Bachelor?s degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates or internship experience holding the same title or relevant
• Resident in the UAE
