Project Quantity SurveyorDescription :•Knowledge of Quantity Take-off.•Interim payment certificate process.•Process knowledge of building construction projects.•Attending Project progress/co-ordination meetings where necessary.•Liaise with the Project Control for monitoring variation/ claim aspects across the Company.•Attending and contributing to the status of claims and associated actions at monthly target meetings.•Contractual correspondence in conjunction with the Project Manager and PQS for complicated/major claim issues.•Final Accounts (Client / Subcontractors) in conjunction with relevant parties.•Monitor Tender/Contract Comparison efforts on an ongoing basis in conjunction with the relevant staff.•Review Contract Review Checklists periodically.Requirements:•Bachelor in Civil Engineering•Min 8-10 years UAE experience in Building Construction with similar position.•Candidates available in UAE will only be considered.Job Location: UAE
