Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain the QA/QC plan for the projectEnsure all materials, equipment, and workmanship meet quality standards and project specificationsConduct inspections, audits, and tests at different project stagesReview project documentation, drawings, and reports to verify compliance with standardsIdentify quality issues, propose corrective actions, and follow up until resolutionCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality objectives are metPrepare and submit QA/QC reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and daily/weekly quality reportsEnsure compliance with international codes, client requirements, and company proceduresTrain and supervise QA/QC team membersParticipate in client inspections, meetings, and handoversRequirements:Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and codesInspection and audit skillsReport writing and documentationLeadership and team managementProblem-solving and corrective action implementationExcellent communication and coordination skillsAttention to detail and analytical thinkingQualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering disciplineProfessional certifications in quality management (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) are preferredExperience:Minimum 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC roles in construction or engineering projectsProven experience managing QA/QC teams on large-scale projectsFamiliarity with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations
