We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure project objectives are met efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary.Manage project scope, schedule, costs, quality, and risks.Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring team members meet deadlines.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.Prepare and present reports on project status, milestones, and deliverables.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Proven experience in project management.Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, etc.).Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
