Key Responsibilities:Manage full project lifecycle of ultra-luxury villa and mansion developments, including interior and exterior finishes.Oversee design coordination, programming, procurement, and site execution to meet quality, budget, and time targets.Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants ensuring smooth communication and workflow.Review and manage tender documents, bid proposals, and contract agreements.Monitor cost control, commercial performance, and material procurement.Ensure strict adherence to client specifications and high-end finish standards.Requirements:Proven background in Design & Build Contracting Companies with a focus on high-end residential projects.Strong experience in project management, tendering, concept design oversight, and commercial coordination.Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Familiar with luxury materials, bespoke detailing, and subcontractor management.Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
