Our client is a leading Construction Company. They are now looking for a Project Manager to join them.Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and resource allocation planning.
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Approve and manage subcontractor and vendor invoices etc.

Preference:

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills
