Responsibilities:Lead and manage offshore project execution from initiation to completion.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with ADNOC standards.Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.Manage project risks, issues, and change controls.Prepare progress reports and ensure effective communication across teams.Ensure adherence to ADNOC safety and quality standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related).10+ years of experience managing offshore projects, with ADNOC background preferred.Proven leadership and project management skills.Strong knowledge of offshore construction procedures and safety standards.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Residing in the UAE; immediate availability preferred.
