Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldProven experience managing large-scale mechanical projects, specifically ADNOC projectsStrong knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications, and project delivery requirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in project management within the oil & gas or petrochemical sectorPMP or equivalent project management certification is preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholdersKey Responsibilities: Lead and oversee mechanical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budgetDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in accordance with ADNOC standardsCoordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teamsEnsure compliance with ADNOC safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycleMonitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessaryManage project risks, issues, and change control processesLiaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are metReview and approve technical documentation, drawings, and progress reportsConduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure project milestones are achievedEnsure all project activities comply with legal, safety, and environmental regulations
