Project Manager - Interior Fit-outJob Location : UAE:•Oversee day to day operations of the site.•Establishes, assigns, and adjusts work methods and procedures to meet schedules using knowledge of capacities and capabilities of personnel and equipment.•Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections.•Create and maintain good relations with clients, sub-contractors, design teams as well as any other stakeholders.•Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individuals direction on a day-to-day basis.•Attending project management meetings.•Resolving problems and implementing improvements.•Arrange labor on a weekly basis in accordance with the labor histogram and programme.•Inform Planning Manager and Operations Manager of any potential delays on the project.•Ensure site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures.•Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment.
