Manage SANTECHTURE assigned projects and programs simultaneously applying project management best practices from initiation to closure.
Meeting with clients and understand their business and the project?s requirements to clearly define project requirements and expectations
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Create Projects plans using modern project management tools (Ex: MS project) with accurate dependencies & resources assignment
Develop professional progress reports of projects with reference to project plan in an accurate and timely manner and facilitate decision-making for higher management.
Facilitate project execution, identify project?s risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to ensure the success of the project while providing pro-active solutions and mitigation plans
Organize, lead and document regular meetings with internal stakeholders, clients, and third parties
Facilitate effective communication across cross functional teams
Prepare Project related material, and documentation
Managing project teams, task assignments and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
Participate in business development and seeking new opportunities
Provide input into project proposals and RFPs
Participate in the enhancement and development of the PMO project management practices and templates.
Train and mentor junior Project Manager staff.
Travel might be required based on project and business needs
Qualifications & Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a project manager in multinational firms
Experience in Healthcare/IT/Consulting projects
Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince2)
Professional experience in MS project is a must
Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, technology, healthcare or equivalent field
Customer facing experience with executive and senior levels
Strong project management and project planning skills
Excellent communication skills (facilitation & presentation)
Proven experience in Leadership, Coaching, Team Building and Reporting
Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office, PPT and Visio
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities;
Fluent in English and Arabic, verbal and written
Willingness to travel for short assignments
Preferred Requirements:
4 years of experience in managing large scale IT healthcare projects
Professional experience in modern project management tools
Previous experience in: Healthcare Technology Consulting, Revenue Cycle Management, Business Documentation, Solution Design, Health Insurance, Business Analysis
