Description:1. Reporting to the Managing Director and General Manager. 2. Interpret project scope from the design documents, reporting and liaising with clients on a regular basis.3. Controlling costs and margins and overseeing all contractual issues. 4. Plan and organize the execution teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other resources required for the project and coordinate between the design and execution teams to ensure that work is being carried out as per the design documents, specifications, etc. 5. Exercise strong control over site activities and resources to ensure timely completion of projects within the budgeted costs with good quality workmanship.6. Develop a procurement and time schedule for each project and obtain project related regulatory permits required. 7. Raise and discuss relevant issues at project meetings.8. Implement Health & Safety on site by complying with the standards and codes, company procedures and special site requirements.
