Job Description

Our ClientOur client is one of the largest and leading properties developers in Dubai!Your Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to Finance operations, IT/engineering teams, external SMEs
  • Portfolio Management: Support in the management of the projects portfolio for the Finance function
  • Schedule Management: Manage the end to end schedules of the program/ projects starting from ideation to completion
  • Cost Management : Manage the budget and spend of the program throughout its lifecycle
  • Risk Management: Ensure that risk and issue are managed for the project/programs and ensure that it is raised with the owners to define resolution plan and agree on conclusion.
  • Procurement Management: Lead the scoping, evaluation and selection of the third-party vendors/ consultants.
  • Governance Management: Ensure adequate oversight and control on the programs/ projects putting and provide stakeholder, including weekly and fortnightly reporting
  • Benefits Realisation: Develop & Assess business cases to ensure robust business benefits and minimal risk and cost for any potential transformation program
  • Change Management: Ensure adoption of and adherence the project outputs of the different teams to the transformation Framework across the projects within the program.
Your Qualifications
  • 12+ years of overall experience, with last few years, preferably in the Middle East region
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering successful multi-disciplinary transformation or continuous improvement projects (with focus within the Finance organization).
  • Experience with managing large Finance function Technology enabled projects, including but not limited to Oracle FCCS, ARCS, Treasury Management System, etc.. Experience in Finance Budget to Pay, Account Receivables, Record to Report operational processes, if possible.
  • Bachelors in Finance/ Accounts or any other related certificates
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or any other related certificates
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), preferably with experience in consulting projects
