• Identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and problematic areas through performing analysis, and addressed with creating action plans and coordinating/project managing execution across the region
• Own and drive projects that will help improve the business, on commercial and operational side. Acting as the POC to localize and drive regional projects, coordinating across various stakeholders and being accountable for delivery
• Analyze processes end-to-end and create diagnostics, shaping solutions that target inefficiencies identified
• Analyze financial statements, sales reports, or other key performance indicators in order to find areas of improvement
• Supporting operations and commercial heads on defining strategies and making decisions based on data, including targets and budgets
• Increasing productivity of all teams: ensuring they have the right tools and training they need to operate at their best, ensuring they have the right SOPs and processes

Examples of projects that would fall under the scope of the Excellence role would be: Customer and vendor NPS score, Driving better vendor engagement, tracking and optimizing performance of acquisition and account management teams, improving onboarding time of vendorsThis role needs to be able to understand commercials and operations equally, as it provides support across both functions:What Did We Order?The right person for this role would have a knack for identifying problems and coming up with solutions to fix them. They would also enjoy creating processes and strategies for growth and continuous improvement, this role may be something to aim for in the future

• Strong project management skills: Ability to coordinate across various stakeholders and functions
• Strong analytical skills: ability to summarize data, and translate into action
• Effective communication - Outstanding interpersonal and business skills, ability to synthesize information and communicate to leadership
• Results driven- Operational knowledge of the business, ability to gather insights and make a call applying the 80/20 rule
• Structured thinking: Ability to break down processes and problems
• Multi tasking: Ability to prioritize between multiple workstreams, and drive most impact with little resources
• Masters degree in analytical field (engineering, finance) or business
• Previous experience working in fast paced environments or reputable company
• Knowledge on revenue generation, vendor performance, commercial topics, marketing
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders
