Qualification & Experience:Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Construction / Structural Engineering or related fieldExperience: 15+ years of experience managing large construction projects; prior UAE experience is mandatoryKey Responsibilities:Lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects in line with project scope and client requirements.Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks and issues.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.Review and approve project documentation, drawings, and reports.Mentor and manage site engineers, supervisors, and other project staff.Resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues efficiently.Only candidates in UAE with required experience will be considered.
