Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Manage procurement and subcontractor activities.Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.Identify and mitigate project risks.Requirements: UAE experience in project management within construction or related industries.Proven leadership and team management skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.PMP certification (preferred).
