We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Project Manager to oversee and coordinate civil construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and oversee civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress regularly.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and standards are met.Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and environmental policies.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.Manage project documentation, change orders, and contractual negotiations.Lead and motivate project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.10+ years of experience in civil construction project management.Proven track record of managing large-scale civil projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
