Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – Civil Engineering.-PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.-15+ years of experience in project management.-Proven track record of managing full project life cycles: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.-Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.-Risk assessment and mitigation planning.-Strong verbal and written communication.-Team leadership and stakeholder management.-Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.-Multi-tasking and time management.-Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.-Strong reporting and presentation abilities.-Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.-Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.-Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all project-related activities.-Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and company policies.-Decision-making ability under pressure.-High level of integrity and responsibility.-Adaptability to dynamic project environments.
