The Project Manager will lead and oversee key oil & gas projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with ADNOC’s standards and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end management of oil & gas projects from conceptualization to commissioning.Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, and resource allocation.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution.Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.Ensure adherence to ADNOC safety, quality, and environmental policies.Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication, reporting, and project updates.Conduct contract negotiations and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants.Review and approve project documentation, including design drawings, technical specifications, and permits.Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and ADNOC policies.Lead project meetings, reviews, and audits to maintain project integrity and transparency.Manage project budgets and control costs to achieve financial objectives.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-RMP, or equivalent is highly desirable.Demonstrated experience managing large-scale upstream/downstream projects.Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, HSE policies, and industry best practices.Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.).Ability to work under pressure and handle complex project challenges.
