We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.Coordinate and manage project team members, vendors, and stakeholders.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders regularly.Ensure quality standards are met and project deliverables are completed as specified.Document project phases and create comprehensive project documentation.Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in project management.PMP or equivalent certification preferred.Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
