Oversee and manage all phases of landscaping projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget estimations.Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.Manage project documentation, contracts, and procurement processes.Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in landscaping, construction, or related industry.Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office Suite.Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
