Job Title: Project Manager - Mid-Rise Construction BuildingJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our mid-rise construction project from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met- Monitor and oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations- Proactively identify and address any project risks, delays, or issues that may arise- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and promptly address any concerns- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining project quality- Lead and motivate project team members towards successful project delivery- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with project requirementsQualifications:- Bachelor?s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field- Proven track record of successfully managing mid-rise construction projects from start to finish- Strong understanding of construction practices, building codes, and industry standards- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in project management tools and software- Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize work, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment- PMP certification or equivalent a plusIf you meet the criteria above and are looking to take on an exciting challenge in the construction industry, we invite you to apply for the Project Manager position for our mid-rise construction building project.SkillsSkills:1.
