Project ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Manage project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of joinery/fitout works in the UAE.•C coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.•Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with UAEs safety regulations and local standards.•Review project plans, drawings, and specifications, providing technical expertise and recommending improvements based on UAE guidelines.•Monitor project costs, prepare accurate estimates, and track expenses to ensure projects are delivered within budget.•Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing timely updates on project status.•Supervise and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.•Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing proactive measures to minimize project delays or disruptions in the UAE.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.•In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, joinery techniques, and materials adhering to UAE regulations and local standards.•Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.•Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.•Proficiency in project management software and tools.•Valid UAE drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites across the UAE as required.
