Job Description

Our Client:Leading diversified global investment companyYour Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional development teams in the successful delivery of software products.
  • The Project Manager and Scrum Master will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling the project, and ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality software on time and within budget.
  • Planning & Execution: Developing a project plan, identifying project requirements and priorities, and allocating resources
  • Team Management: Providing guidance, support, and feedback, and ensuring that team members have the necessary resources to complete their work
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identifying potential risks and issues that may impact the project and develops plans to mitigate them
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and senior management, to ensure that the project is aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize the project management process and implementing changes as necessary
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
  • Facilitation: Facilitate project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that all team members are engaged and focused
  • Budget & Financial Management: Manage project budgets, tracking project expenses, and ensuring that the project is delivered within budget
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the project delivers high-quality results that meet the project objectives and business requirements
Your Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Minimum 5 years experience with Fintech technologies
