Job Title:Project Manager ? Maintenance of Tunnel Systems (Emirati)Job Code: 051/001/474Location:Abu DhabiSalary:AED 22,000 ? 24,000Industry:EngineeringJob Scope:? To provide adequately qualified and skilled staff to conduct Maintenance Services for 3 tunnels in Abu Dhabi.? To provide Corrective and Preventive Maintenance services for tunnel systems such SCADA, TCS/ITS and systems.Job Responsibilities:? Manage the Contract and Service delivery.? Main point of contract (POC) for the Client.? Manage project Engineers & Technicians and delegate tasks.? Ensure resource and equipment levels are adequately provided.? Resolve issues (if any) related to the services and contractual.? Stakeholder, Sub-contractor and Vendor management for all matters relating to the execution of the services.? Keep Client up to date on the progress of the services, incidents and problems.? Organize and attend weekly / monthly progress meetings with Client team.? Ensure weekly / monthly reports are submitted on time.? Ensure monthly invoices are submitted on time.? Ensure that Health & Safety and Environment regulations are adequately complied.? Ensure staff are provided with everything necessary to execute the Contract as required by the Client and in accordance with the Contract.Job Requirements:? Minimum of a Bachelor?s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.? Project Management Professional (PMP) ? preferred.? A minimum of 10 years of professional working experience.? Experience to include successfully completing a previous position as Project Manager on a project of similar nature, type and scope of work.?
