You will work alongside a driven team who are motivated by building an exciting business and leaving the world a better place than we found it.About the roleThis is an exciting contract to programme manage the delivery of a food waste measurement and reduction programme across an Emirate in the UAE. This person will be working with a team from Winnow and our expert partner WRAP, and will be responsible for the overall delivery of the project.The project will first estimate a baseline and identify quick wins to reduce waste, then build a more detailed and credible baseline across the economy, then build a roadmap of solutions to reduce waste and set up a strategy for prevention prior to communicating this new strategy across stakeholders.This consultative role requires the ability to develop relationships of trust with multiple stakeholders, up to and including C-suits, by listening to needs, developing appropriate solutions to those needs in conjunction with other Winnow team members, and driving them to deliver in a timely fashion.A self-starter with the ability to think critically and manage multiple competing priorities is required.
