Job Description

  • Deliver twice a year an actualized Estimate at completion (EAC), once as bottom-up, once as top-down
  • Support the planning and forecasting for revenue and cash for all assigned projects,
  • Management of the sales invoice process for both internal and external customers and for local compliance purposes (including taxation and VAT invoices)
  • Ensure that all POs, SLAs and invoices (internal or external) are properly recorded, filed and reported
  • Including but not limited to (1) internal reporting of key KPIs such as Order Intake, Revenue, Profit and Cash (2) support cost controlling and (3) manage intercompany transactions in close alignment with accounting team
  • Provide commercial support to local project teams
  • Working closely with project and contract managers, accounting and controlling teams and with related local partners
  • Attending customer meetings and representing Airbus as per the delegated authority
  • Manage and Establish service level agreements with other entities of Airbus
  • Maintain WHT effects and impacts in general
  • Involvement in treasury and banking related aspects of Airbus KSA entities and other related parties
  • Ad hoc tasks from the senior finance managers
  • Financial/Accounting Management degree / Certifications preferred such as PMP, CPA, CIMA, ACCA or ACA equivalent
  • Working knowledge and understanding of local taxation rules
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in subject matters
  • Experience in contract negotiations / commercial discussions with customers
  • Experience in project finance controlling
  • Managing complex and demanding situations with experience in the cultural environment of Saudi Arabia
