Job Description

  • Monitor cost progress per work package along with operational progress. Organization of monthly meetings with work package managers to retrieve and challenge progress in comparison to plan.
  • Providing support on the Estimate at Completion (EAC) process, preparing actual costs of the project from SAP and coordination with Domain Managers on their requests
  • Ensure proper, regular and exhaustive monthly hours booking. The candidate will have to follow all headcounts in KSA and ensure they properly booking of their hours on due time.
  • Hourly rates accuracy review according to under or over consumption of related cost centres and if necessary, amended on yearly basis if necessary. In case of a serious deviation or abnormality, the issuance of an early warning will be of the candidates responsibility.
  • WBS maintenance: the candidate will be the liaison person with the SAP key user for centralizing all requests for opening or closing work packages from WPM.
  • Reporting: Internal project reporting and corporate reporting preparation.
  • Analysis: Under the guidance of his supervisor, the candidate will perform different types of analysis, on demand.
  • Managing the activities in SAP
  • Forecast of Cash-in / Revenue
  • Create interface to existing accounting/controlling tools locally.
  • Liaison with internal business line controllers and project controllers as well as the customer
  • End-to-end managing of small projects including revenues, costs and margins
