Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil and interior fit-out works on-siteReview project drawings, specifications, and schedulesCoordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholdersMonitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standardsPrepare daily/weekly reports and assist in resource planning and cost controlRequirements:Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and civil construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practicesProficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management toolsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with local regulations and authority approvalsRequirement: Experienced professionals in the Joinery & Fit-Out industry with 10+ years in the UAE or GCC.
