We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Engineer – Civil to assist in planning, executing, and completing civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating civil engineering projects on-site.Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.Review project designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment needed at the site.Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.Identify and resolve technical issues on-site with practical and cost-effective solutions.Maintain quality control standards throughout the construction process.Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.Assist in cost control and budget tracking during the project lifecycle.Participate in project handover and close-out activities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered)Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsProficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and civil engineering softwareExcellent project coordination, documentation, and reporting skillsStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and in a team environmentValid site safety certifications (like OSHA, NEBOSH) are an advantage
