Progress Star Building Contracting LLC, a fast-growing and reputable construction company based in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering with hands-on experience managing construction projects in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:• Plan, coordinate, and manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion according to specifications.• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project operations.• Monitor site progress, prepare daily and weekly reports, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.• Review technical drawings, identify discrepancies, and implement practical engineering solutions.• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and client requirements.• Support the Project Manager in project planning, procurement, and resource allocation.Required Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.• Minimum 3 to 7 years of relevant UAE construction industry experience.• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and UAE regulatory requirements.• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6 / MS Project, and other project management tools.• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
