Project EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.•Oversee daily construction activities onsite to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.•Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment and resources necessary for project execution.•Monitor project expenses, track cost variances and assist in maintaining the project budget.•Maintain and organize project documentation, including drawings, change orders, submittals and RFIs.•Provide timely solutions to resolve technical and operational challenges during the construction process.•Prepare regular progress reports for the Project Manager highlighting key updates, risks and delays.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.•Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in construction project engineering or related roles.•Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and contract administration.•Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.•Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
