Project EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Technical Oversight: Provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle, including design, planning, and execution phases, ensuring all technical specifications meet industry standards.•Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and designers to facilitate effective communication and coordination of project details, ensuring all project activities align with the overall vision and client requirements.•Budget Management: Assist in preparing project budgets and monitor expenses, ensuring projects remain within financial limits while maintaining quality standards.•Site Inspection: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with engineering best practices, documenting and reporting any deviations from project plans.•Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges promptly, offering solutions that align with project goals and timelines.•Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality control protocols, conducting inspections as required to monitor quality standards throughout the construction process.•Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, correspondence, and change orders, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible for review.•Health and Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety within project teams, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and practices on site.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.•Proven experience as a Project Engineer in interior fit-out or related construction projects.•Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction processes, and project management practices.•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.•Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.•Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.•Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.•Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED) is a plus.
