Have strong Contract Management skills and experience of Contract in managing Commercial Building, Highway, and High-Rise projects in Saudi Arabian? Identify new business opportunities and develop business in EPC sector like Roads, Highways, Bridges, Water, Railway, Commercial & Residential Building etc.? Generate business either directly from clients as the main contractor or through strategic partnerships as a subcontractor.? Experience Strong Civil cost estimator specifically focused on pre-bid activities for building projects for Civil, Arch & STR with Fit-out Activities.? Exertis in Review BOQ, Tender drawings, specification, special & general conditions which have to be verified all together, in coordinating with all trades including .? Establish the company as a preferred partner by showcasing its capabilities in delivering quality EPC projects.? Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.? Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends.? Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.? Proven track record of success in business development within the construction industry, with a focus on the Saudi Arabian market.?
