Job Description

Our Clientis looking for an experienced Projects Director to lead an events project.Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall coordination, direction, implementation, execution, control and completion of a specific allocated project scope and client.
  • Responsible to ensure that the work is executed consistently within the company strategy, commitments and goals.
  • Responsible for safe work execution on site and to ensure/improve the overall performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of project scope by applying effective methods and strategies.
  • Coordinate, manage and monitor project managers/site managers.
  • Coordinate and manage removal and decommissioning schedules.
  • Facilitate the definition of the scope, goals and objectives.
  • Assemble and structure schedules of delivery and monitor development.
  • Provide direction and support to the installation teams.
  • Manage the client and representatives.
  • Verify print production proofs.
  • Obtain client approvals and sign offs.
  • Manage and ensure quality assurance of all products and services.
  • Manage and consolidate all project expenses.
  • Manage and consolidate all related supplier invoices.
  • Monitor, manage and record all staff overtimes on a given scope.
Your Qualifications
  • Ability to manage, lead and influence departments and staff effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple assignments.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Maintains high standards and keeps commitments.
  • Works hours necessary to complete assigned work.
  • Adapts well to changing priorities, deadlines and directions.
  • Highly organized and able to delegate assignments and responsibilities as appropriate.
  • Is willing to take decisions and respective actions.
  • Ability to be persuasive and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts.
