We are looking for a Project Development Engineer (DX&VRV) for one of our leading clientsJob Responsibilities:?Responsible for timely HVAC equipment product selection (DX & VRV), pricing and preparation of quotations?Involve in providing technical support on special applications and products towards clients, sales engineers and product managers?Lead or support detailed development of projects?Leads in the development of customer baselines?Perform detailed engineering or financial analysis to quantify cost?Assists in technical or financial benchmarking as needed?Validate assumptions made during solution design?Build a detailed cost estimation and scope of work for assigned projects?Assist in preparing proposals and other clients communication documents?Utilizes/develops specialized functional expertise as a project development team member?Prepare compliance statements to project specification?Assist in presentations to technical buyer as required?Prepare reports in CRM softwareJob Requirements:Experience & Knowledge:-?At least 3 years in a similar role with experience and knowledge in HVAC sector?Solid HVAC fundamentals knowledge ( Psychometric, Refrigeration cycle ,etc)?HVAC equipment and mechanical system knowledge?Technical Sales/ Internal sales support experience?Basic knowledge of ?Incoterms??Proficient in VRV/VRF selection and optimization? DX & VRV/VRF product specification understanding to prepare good compliance statements?Detailed knowledge of equipment selection software (DX & VRV)?Fully conversant with Engineering and Business SoftwareEducation:-University degree in Mechanical EngineeringSkills:?Good communication skills both spoken and written in English?Familiar with standard Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power-Point) and good command on Excel / Word sheet for daily usePersonality Attributes:?Customer-first attitude is a key success factor?Open-minded and a team player?Detail oriented and demonstrate efficiency and accuracyPreferred:?Customer-first attitude is a key success factor?Open-minded and a team player?Detail oriented and demonstrate efficiency and accuracy
