Description:Reporting to the Project Manager:1) Attend to client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.2) Design and drafting of fit out plans of proposed and ongoing projects. 3) Prepare quantity take off.4) Assist the Project Manager / Project Team in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, prequalification RFPs, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules. 5) Prepare project organization and communication charts and review project activities for compliance with procedures and standards. 6) Chair internal project meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members. 7) Set up and manage support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication. 8) Produce consolidated reporting to the project team, including milestone summary, key issues, risk assessment, method statement. 9) Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the consultant/client and project team.10) Ensure clients needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner. 11) Review field inspection reports from consultant/client throughout the lifecycle of the project. 12) Maintain contract execution tracking log. 13) Track and manage contemplated change notices and change orders and manage project library.14) Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained. 15) Communicate ideas for improving company processes establish standards, tools and procedures for use on the project, including issue, risk, change and information management.16) Keep Project Manager and other team members informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
