This role is best suited for professionals with hands-on UAE experience who can efficiently manage coordination between site teams, consultants, and suppliers while ensuring smooth project execution. Immediate joiners will be given priority.Role Overview:Coordinate day-to-day activities of interior fit-out projects across multiple sitesSupport project managers with planning, scheduling, and execution tasksAct as a communication bridge between subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teamsEnsure smooth workflow and timely resolution of site-related issuesKey Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAEStrong understanding of fit-out project workflows, site coordination, and documentation processesExperience in managing shop drawing logs, material submittals, RFIs, approvals, and related recordsAbility to monitor project schedules, site progress, and daily activitiesStrong follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of action items and closure of site issuesGood knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority regulations, and site safety requirementsProficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with project management tools is an advantageExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines
