With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.As a Project Associate, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of new projects. This involves the launching, coordinating, tracking and scaling multiple projects. Your role will involve regular interaction and coordination with other stakeholders, and strategic partners.In this role, you will:

  • Define, execute, and communicate operational processes, standards, and best practices to deliver the projects
  • Design, align teams and communicate plans and objectives that align with the goals of the broader business while driving the project forward
  • Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to drive innovation and constantly improve the user experience
  • Implement appropriate tracking to ensure the success of the project, including financial reporting
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions, P&L management
  • Align with customers where required to get feedback and ensure that feedback is acted upon
  • Identify operational gaps in new offerings and set operational requirements for new projects
  • Timely and accurate updates/information provided to relevant teams and senior management
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and trends
  • KPI management and tracking team member performance
  • Take a strategic look at the project, and communicate thoughts about how to move forward, remove obstacles
