Job summaryAmazon Payment Services is a leading Payment Service Provider in MENA region with operations spanning across 8 countries and technically integrated with 17 acquirers and 25 issuers, offers online payment services to more than 3000 merchants.In line of our main strategy of, leading innovation and resolve payment frictions and challenges; Partnership team main objective is to secure, sign-up and manage the working relationship with partners such acquirers, issuers, schemes, Alternative Payment Methods and Third Party Providers.Key job responsibilities? Proactively manage working relationship with existing partners (banks, card scheme, Alternative Payment Methods and Third Party Providers)? Creating and initiating business reviews with new and existing partners? Define and own the data that will most effectively and accurately measure the impact for Partner communications and partner cross-functionally with other internal teams to develop impactful insight? Negotiate with partners and drive large scale projects to improve Amazon and off-Amazon cost of payments with partners? Finding and implementing automation protocols and processes to improve on manual turn around? Working with finance, product, operations, business intelligence to optimize on daily BAU with downstream partners? Work with the Partnerships team country relationship managers to create new processes and programs to address key pain points between team and internal stakeholders? setup and conduct workshops and trainings with external and internal partners? Minimum 3 years? experience in the payment or banking industry.? Documentation skills and workflow management? Uphold Business diploma or a higher degree.? Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.? Understanding the Card scheme operational regulations.? Strong work ethics and works well under pressure.? English language? Strong understanding and use of excel- able to deliver deep insights and action points? Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements? Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals including external partners? Graduate degree (Master?s / MBA)? 5+ years professional experience in payments, e-commerce, retail or service industry.? Experience in the MENA region.? Arabic language
