Flat6Labs Abu Dhabi Program Director oversees the process and the operations of Flat6Labs Abu Dhabi startup accelerator program, designing and implementing an e?ective business strategy to position the accelerator as a high-quality leading accelerator locally and internationally, help accelerate seed startups funded by Technology Accelerator Company (TAC), build relationships and establishing partnerships with local and international partners. The Program Director is also responsible for managing the program team, as well as handling the selection process of startups to be inducted into the accelerator program, besides following up with the startup teams? progress and providing assistance to them when required.Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, drive and implement the Flat6Labs Abu Dhabi startup accelerator program.
• Establish e?ective project management and monitoring mechanisms and ensure timely delivery of the accelerator cycles.
• Periodically report the accelerator program?s progress to Flat6Labs Abu Dhabi General Manager and Flat6Labs Central team.
• Follow and perform Flat6Labs Acceleration Process and make sure it is well communicated to di?erent team members.
• Submit each accelerator program and cycle budgets for General Manager?s review and approval.
• Identify the business objectives and goals in coordination with the General Manager, Flat6Labs Central Team, and ensure that they are well-executed.
• Report the status of the accelerator and startup companies to key stakeholders and ensure the reports are submitted on time.
• E?ectively managing the program team, building a culture of team collaboration and ensuring they are well-oriented on Flat6Labs process.
• Strengthen engagement with local startup ecosystems, through building partnerships and identifying best channels to source entrepreneurs to apply to the accelerator program in coordination with the Marketing team.
• Coordinate and work closely with the Marketing team to ensure the startup accelerator program and its events are well advertised locally, in addition to promoting the program services, activities and applications to the biggest number of potential entrepreneurs.
• Establish relationships with peer organizations, government and corporates, identifying partnership and sponsorship opportunities when appropriate and work on developing a local perks program to o?er free and discounted services to the startup accelerator?s companies.
• Fully handle and coordinate the selection process of startups to be inducted into Flat6Labs Abu Dhabi accelerator program cycles from application reviewing to filtration, interviews, shortlisting for bootcamps and final presentation to the Selection Committee.
• Conduct due diligence, negotiating and managing investment agreements with applicant startups when required.
• Oversee the training and mentorship programs provided to the startups and assist in recruiting high quality mentors, trainers and speakers for the program.
• Help set the goals and milestones for the accelerated startup companies and follow up on the progress with respective startup teams.
• Supervise the organization and logistics of the Demo Day event and assist in putting the invitee list and inviting di?erent guests and potential investors.
• Work with the startup teams on structuring and perfecting their investor pitch and Demo Day?s presentation.
• Arrange meetings and follow up on the progress of startups during the cycle lifetime and assist them in building their business plan and identifying business development opportunities.
• Nominate startups and identify the follow-on funding and investment-matching opportunities in coordination with the General Manager and investment team.
