Responsibilities:Supervise daily production activities and coordinate workflow on the shop floor.Monitor and maintain quality standards of printed and packaged products.Ensure production schedules are met while minimizing waste and downtime.Train, guide, and supervise production staff and operators.Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is properly serviced and operational.Maintain production reports, material usage logs, and work documentation.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.Skills Required:Strong knowledge of printing and packaging processes (offset, flexography, digital, etc.).Production planning and workflow management.Quality control and inspection techniques.Leadership and team management skills.Problem-solving and decision-making ability.Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Printing Technology, or Packaging Technology preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor in the printing and packaging industry.Hands-on experience with production machinery and workflow management.BenefitsCompany VisaAccommodationTransportationMedical InsuranceLeave Salary and TicketGratuity as per UAE labor law
