We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with 5–7 years of supervision experience and strong knowledge of Pre-Press, Press, and Post-Press operations in the printing industry. The ideal candidate must have UAE experience, be ready for immediate joining, and be committed to maintaining production quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily production activities across Pre-Press, Press, and Post-Press departmentsCoordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targetsMonitor production quality and resolve any issues that arise during operationsEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory standardsTrain, guide, and motivate production staffMaintain production schedules and documentationCollaborate with management to improve production processes and efficiencyQualifications & Experience:5–7 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in printingStrong knowledge of Pre-Press, Press, and Post-Press operationsUAE experience is mandatoryImmediate joiners preferred
